Michelle Pfeiffer’s iconic look in Scarface inspired the makeup and hair at the Cushnie et Ochs Spring 2017 show. Mac, Moroccan Oil and Christian Louboutin Beauté teamed up to create a modern take on the 1983 classic, featuring softly waved hair, a bold lip, and fresh glowing skin.

Moroccanoil Global Brand Ambassador Antonio Corral Calero channeled Elvira’s sleek, shiny hair, keeping it the runway look sexy and sophisticated while still remaining wearable. With a deep side part and sweeping curls, the look echoed the perfect blowout, one that would stand out on both the runway and the streets.

MAC Lead Artist Sammy Mourabit designed the makeup look with three key elements in mind. “The look is sexy, sultry and strong,” he mentioned backstage, as he deftly applied a subtle contour and creamy highlighting to leave the skin dewy and glowing. To create the show-stopping pout, he colored in the top lip with MAC Lip Pencil in Cherry and the bottom with Chromatographic Lip Pencil in Process Magenta. A few swipes of mascara completed the fresh faced look.

Christian Louboutin Beauté Lead Manicurist Alicia Torello revived the cult classic stiletto nail worn by Michelle Pfeiffer’s character, but added graphic color blocking for a modern twist. After filing the nails into an elongated almond shape, each nail was painted with Louboutin’s Just Nothing and Sweet Charity colors, in an angled gradation that increased from pinky to thumb.
